WOW! This year has truly been a blessing. In May, I graduated high school and I am now officially a Film Production major in college! I'm really happy with where I'm at in life right now. I truly enjoy the freedom of college, meeting up with friends after classes and the comfortable schedules. I finished my first semester two weeks ago and I have 3 B's and 1 A. I had fun/challenging assignments to do, like a commercial & a magazine.
I also got to travel twice this year. In the beginning of May, my mom, sister and I decided to make a last-minute trip to NYC. It was AMAZING. It was me and my sister's first time & my mom's first time in 30 years. We were there for about four days and got to see so much! What I really loved was not telling anyone about my trip and having them find out via Facebook when I posted a picture of myself in Times Square. I plan on doing that more often ;) Then, right after graduating at the very end of May I went to a cruise with my graduating class. It was my first time on a cruise ship.
Those are probably not even half of the great things I did this year. It was the year of new experiences and adventures. I definitely had a good amount of 'firsts'.
